PRODUCT USE
Our non ditial products may only be used by professionals in the manner described in the user manual. It is very important to always test customers for allergies. Brow Lash Dealer is not responsible for the (improper) use of the products and its consequences, such as allergies, skin or hair damage.
Digital Products
1. Usage and Ownership Rights
As a purchaser, you are granted full access and a non-transferable license to use all course materials, templates, and worksheets for your own educational or internal business use.
If the purchase is made by a company or legal entity, the license will apply solely to the designated contact person associated with the purchase. Redistribution of the content to employees, partners, or other individuals within the organization constitutes a breach of these terms. If multiple users within the same business entity require access, please contact us to arrange for additional licenses.
As a licensed user, you are permitted to:

Electronically store original content/templates for personal use.

Print original content/templates for personal use.

Modify and print templates tailored to specific individual needs.
You are not permitted to:

Transfer or assign content/templates to third parties.

Distribute the content online, via electronic means, or in printed format without prior written consent.
Under no circumstances may the materials, templates, or documents be redistributed in whole or in part.
2. 14-day right of withdrawal – digital products
In accordance to Forbrugeraftaleloven §§ 18–25, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital product purchases as the products offered are digital in nature and made available for immediate streaming or download.
By purchasing digital content from Brow Lash Dealer, you expressly consent to the commencement of performance prior to the expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once streaming or downloading of the content begins.
This waiver of the right to withdraw is in accordance with applicable Danish consumer protection law governing the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
Brow Lash Dealer offers a results-oriented guarantee; however, we do not make any promises of specific or unrealistic outcomes. The success of our online programs depends largely on the individual participant’s effort, engagement, and commitment to the learning process.
We provide comprehensive educational materials, including video and written lessons, to support your understanding of the curriculum. However, consistent practice and application are essential in order to achieve meaningful results.

4. Refunds and returns of digital products
As our digital products are made available for immediate access upon purchase, we do not offer full or partial refunds once the content has been downloaded or streamed.
However, we value your experience and are committed to maintaining high standards. If you are not satisfied with the program, we encourage you to reach out to us so we can explore a suitable solution.

5. Complaints Procedure
If you, as a consumer, wish to file a complaint regarding your purchase, please first contact us at hello@browlashdealer.com. Should we be unable to resolve the dispute amicably, you may submit your complaint to:

6. Warranty and Defects
The Danish Sale of Goods Act applies to the purchase of physical products but not services. As such, there is no automatic 2-year warranty on services provided by Brow Lash Dealer.
However, should you be dissatisfied with any service, we encourage you to reach out to us at hello@browlashdealer.com to resolve the matter.
DISCLAIMER
Brow Lash Dealers cannot guarantee that all items are in stock at the time of ordering. In that case, Brow Lash Dealers will contact you. Brow Lash Dealer cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the use of the website or the inability to use the website.
We expressly reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel a contract by electronic written notice to you in the following situations, (without liability for any damages or costs other than a refund of any amount received from you in relation to the canceled contract:
- the product is unavailable or out of stock;
- your billing details are incorrect or unverifiable;
- your order is marked by our security systems as an unusual order or an order that is susceptible to fraud;
- your transfer has not been received within 7 calendar days after acceptance of your order;
- there has been an error in the price displayed on the website;
- in the event of spelling errors, price or other errors or mistakes in the website information.
PRICE
The prices of the products, services and shipping costs on the site are in Danish Krone (DKK). The prices will be automatically adjusted to your local market currency and VATs will be added where applicable.
Please be aware that the prices are shown incl and exluding VAT on the webshop.
Brow Lash Dealer is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes incurred in your receiving country.
DISPATCH
We always ship your order as quickly as possible. That means within 1-2 working days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day; we do not ship on national holidays. Brow Lash Dealer uses an external carrier to ship the ordered items. The carriers that Brow Lash Dealer uses are: PostNord, DAO and UPS. Brow Lash Dealer accepts no responsibility for delays with the third party carrier, for example caused as a result of circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic congestion, delayed flights, security alerts etc.
Digital products are ready for streaming and downloads immediately unless it has been stated otherwise.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
We only offer returns on our products excluding the digital products. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you return the unwanted item and place a new order for the item or color you require.
If you wish to cancel your purchase after receiving a product, you may return it to us at your own expense. Only unopened products in their original condition and packaging are eligible for a refund. If the packaging has been opened and it appears that the product does not meet your expectations, such as the color, then the product cannot be returned. So be careful when placing orders. The condition for returning is that you return the product to us within 14 days of receipt. Please send us an email to hello@browlashdealer.com before you send the return. As a customer you are responsible for the shipping and packaging costs of the returned products. Brow Lash Dealer is not responsible for packages lost during transport to Brow Lash Dealer. Brow Lash Dealer cannot provide refunds if we do not receive your returned products.
Please note the following information when you return a package to us:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Order number
- Name of account holder
- IBAN bank account
- Reason for return
CREDIT
As soon as the package has been received in good order, the purchase amount minus the shipping costs (shipping costs to you and the return costs) will be credited. Crediting will take place within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment. Keep the return receipt until the purchase amount has been credited.
WRONG DELIVERY
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that you did not order, please leave the packaging intact. An unwanted product that is used or has its lid or cap opened will be considered a product accepted by the customer. The product cannot then be returned or exchanged. DAMAGED OBJECTS
In the unlikely event that you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately by email: hello@browlashdealer.com We will take the item back, exchange it for a new one or credit you with the purchase price.

PAYMENT
Our payment systems are powered by Shopify Payments and Stripe.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, IDEAL, American Express, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, ShopPay and UnionPay.
The payment will be debited from your account and deleted when your order is shipped.
You confirm that the credit/debit card being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the credit/debit card owner to use it.
All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Brow Lash Dealer, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
