Shipping policy
DISPATCH
We always ship your order as quickly as possible. That means within 1-2 working days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day; we do not ship on national holidays.
Brow Lash Dealer uses an external carrier to ship the ordered items. The carriers that Brow Lash Dealer uses are: PostNord, DAO and UPS.
Brow Lash Dealer accepts no responsibility for delays with the third party carrier, for example caused as a result of circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic congestion, delayed flights, security alerts etc.
Digital products are ready for streaming and downloads immediately unless it has been stated otherwise.
Products can be picked up at Ryesgade 15 kld after the confirmation email if pick up option has been chosen.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs within Denmark are 49 DKK.
International Shipping:
We ship international orders just like domestic orders - within 24 h of the placement of the order.
We use UPS, DAO and PostNord as our shipping carriers and the price for the shipping varies depending on the country.
Zone 1: Sweden - 95 DKK - 1-3 business day delivery time
Zone 2: Germany, Belgium, Netherlands - 105 DKK - 2-7 working days
Zone 3: Other European countries (Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia) - 175 DKK - 2-10 working days

We strongly suggest you use this universal parcel tracking service to spot the parcel
We have no influence on any delay caused by the shipping company. If your package is lost at the shipping company, we can only initiate an investigation 5 days after shipment. Depending on the situation and shipping company, the outcome of this investigation can also take approximately 5 days. We can only provide compensation for a missing package once the previous process has been completed.
